The second edition of the Cavalluccio Day concluded with great success, gathering over a thousand people at the Orogel Stadium - Dino Manuzzi. The event saw the participation of young athletes, families and football enthusiasts. The evening was opened by the greetings of Davide Succi, Technical Director of the Under-19 team, Fabrizio Faro, Base Activity Manager of Cesena FC, and Giorgio Bassani, President of Bassani SPA. The participants welcomed the greetings highlighting the importance of the path carried out during the year together with the affiliated societies and the value of an initiative capable of uniting football, territory and social commitment. The traditional parade of affiliated societies then took place, one of the most significant moments of the day, which saw all the realities involved in the project parade on the Manuzzi pitch. During the ceremony, participation certificates and recognition awards were also handed out to the societies that hosted the stages of the Cavalluccio Cup powered by Bassani throughout the season. The evening then came alive with the finals of the Under 9, Under 10, Under 11, Under 12 and Under 13 categories, which saw the winning teams of the various stages face off against the corresponding formations of the Under-19 team of Cesena FC. The matches provided enthusiasm, commitment and a lot of fun, confirming once again the value of the initiative. The event was made even more special by the large public participation, with the Orogel Stadium - Dino Manuzzi Tribune filling up with over a thousand spectators, testifying to the affection and enthusiasm surrounding the project of the affiliated white and blue societies. At the end of the matches, individual awards were held for the protagonists of the various categories, before the final draw of the lottery prizes. The proceeds of the initiative will be donated to the Romagna Oncological Institute, contributing to the support of an important project in favor of the territory and the community.
